Thank you for shopping with WoodshopPlans.com. We sell digital woodworking plans, project files, and downloadable design resources. Because our products are delivered digitally and are available immediately after purchase, all sales are final.

Digital Product Policy

All products sold by WoodshopPlans.com are digital downloads. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • PDF woodworking plans
  • Printable project plans
  • Cut lists and diagrams
  • CNC, STL, CRV, SVG, DXF, or related digital files
  • Digital bundles or plan collections

No physical product will be shipped unless specifically stated on the product page.

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed and the digital file has been made available.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and that the file cannot be returned after delivery.

Download and Access Issues

We want every customer to receive the files they purchased. If you have trouble downloading your order, receive the wrong file, or believe a file is missing or corrupted, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A brief description of the problem
  • Screenshots, if helpful

We may provide replacement download links, resend files, or correct technical file issues at our discretion.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, contact us as soon as possible. Duplicate purchase refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but refunds are not guaranteed.

Product Compatibility

Please review each product description carefully before purchasing. Some files may require specific software, tools, CNC machines, laser cutters, printers, or woodworking equipment.

WoodshopPlans.com is not responsible for compatibility issues if the customer purchases a file that does not work with their software, equipment, skill level, or intended use.

Project Results and Safety

Our plans are intended to help customers build woodworking projects, but final results may vary based on materials, tools, measurements, workshop conditions, and individual skill level.

Customers are responsible for following proper woodworking safety practices, using appropriate personal protective equipment, and confirming all measurements before cutting or assembling materials.

Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where refunds or cancellations are required by law, WoodshopPlans.com will comply with those requirements.
